Strawberry Shortcake Skewers

Our mom came up with this and asked us to make it for her teachers' party at our house. It was a great pool-side dessert that everyone loved!

Ingredients

Angel Food Cake

Strawberries

Cool Whip

1. Cut the tops off all the strawberries

2. Cut the Angel Food Cake into squares

3. Put the cake, then a strawberry, then another piece of cake on a skewer
4. Put the cool whip in the middle for the guests to dip their skewers in
5. Decorate any empty spaces with leftover strawberries

Easy peasy! Everyone loved their skewers and thought the display was so cute. We got mad props for this clever creation. Good job, Mom.
