Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken
This recipe we found online boasted that the chicken would melt in your mouth, and taste so much better than fried chicken, and it didn't disappoint!  And it's healthier, too!

Ingredients
Boneless chicken breasts
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1. Combine the yogurt, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir well.
2. Spread a very thin layer of the mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
3. Place uncooked chicken breasts in the baking dish.  We used 1 full package of chicken breast for this recipe.
4. Pour the rest of the mixture over the chicken.  The mixture will look like it's going on thick-that's ok!  Make sure every piece of the chicken is completely covered.
5. Bake the chicken at 375ยบ for about 45 minutes, or until the mixture on top of the chicken looks nice and crispy. 
This dish smelled so good as it was baking, we couldn't wait to eat it!  It's a healthier alternative to fried chicken, and it was a huge hit!
