Chicken Wreath

Chicken Wreath
I guess it is a testament to the great taste of the Chicken Wreath that we didn't get a picture of it after it left the oven. This is a staple for our annual family Christmas party, and clearly, always goes fast.

Ingredients
2 packs of Crescent rolls
3/4 cup cream of chicken soup
1 can of shredded chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mixed veggies--about a cup of each. (We use broccoli, water chestnut, red peppers)

1. Chop all veggies and put into a mixing bowl.
2. Add cream of chicken soup and chicken and cheese.
3. Separate crescent rolls along the perforated lines (triangles)
4. Arrange on a pizza stone in circular shape, with thick edges in the center, overlapping.
5. Spoon filling along center
6. Wrap the pointed ends of the roll around the filling and press together to close the wreath. The filling should be seen through cracks (our picture is pre-wrapping point).
7. Bake at 375ยบ for ~20 minutes.

What a holiday treat! We look forward to the Chicken Wreath all year long and it never disappoints. Enjoy!
