Slovene Kielbasa

Slovene Kielbasa
PLEASE pronounce this KUH-BAH-SEE. This is our Slovenian rooted traditional kielbasa delicacy. What a treat.

Ingredients
1 package of Kielbasa
1 cup white wine
2 tbsp brandy
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 HEAPING tbsp brown sugar

1. Cut kielbasa into half-inch slices and place in skillet on medium-high setting.
2. Add wine to skillet and let boil. Wine should mostly evaporate and get syrupy.
3. Add brandy, mustard, sugar. Stir together.
4. Cook until ingredients are melted and mixed together. Serve hot!

Thank God for Slovenian meats. They sure know how to season a sausage.
