M&C's Buffalo Chicken Dip


Buffalo Chicken Dip
This party dish is one of our very favorites. We'll make it for our friends and they won't even get a chance to have any because we stand like vultures over the appetizer table and eat it all.

Ingredients
1 (12 oz) can of chicken breast
3/4 cup of Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of Fat Free Ranch dressing
1 block of 1/3 less fat cream cheese

1. Put the chicken in a medium skillet, pour the hot sauce over it and stir while breaking up the chicken into stringy pieces over medium/high heat for about 5-10 minutes or until chicken is heated through.
2. Pour the ranch dressing over the chicken and stir through
3. Put the cream cheese block in and break into pieces so that it melts easier. Stir through until fully melted
4. Mix in the shredded cheddar until fully melted
5. Pour into a serving bowl! We sprinkled some more cheese on top for decoration. Before we serve it we'll throw it in the microwave for a short time to melt it and make it look pretty. Serve with Tostitos (we prefer the scoops).

This is a family favorite and always a huge hit at parties. It is so quick and easy to make and tastes GREAT. It is HOT. We love it!
