Father's Day Breakfast
We got up REAL early today to make breakfast-in-bed for our dad for Father's Day...he was already up and at 'em. But we made him sit-down-in-the-kitchen-and-eat-breakfast anyway. Pretty simple, but all good. Hashbrowns, bacon, fried eggs with toast. And what was REAL special, that he LOVED, was we tore out a little hole in the middle of the toast and cooked the egg right in the middle of that. He was a huge fan.

We've made those eggs since our kids were little. (And as grown-ups, we pretty much love them, too!) We call them "One-eyed Jacks" -- yum! xo
