M&C's Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken
We learned how to use the grill last night! Yup, never done it before. We found this recipe on an iPhone app called "Food on the Table," but wanted to change up the directions to make it more exciting. Start this recipe early on so you can marinate longer to soak up lots of flava.

Ingredients
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Honey
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons steak sauce
4 or 3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

1. In a shallow bowl, mix the mustard, honey, mayo, and steak sauce. We used Spicy Mango steak sauce which REALLY added somethin' cool to the flavor.
2. Put aside a small amount of the sauce for basting. With the rest, marinate the chicken for a few hours.
3. Lightly oil the grill grate and put the coated chicken on it for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally. After the first ten minutes, baste with the rest of the sauce.

That's it! Grilling is easy! This was a perfect summer dinner. We had it with sides of white rice and Caesar Salad. Everyone loved the chicken, especially the slight hint of mango! If we had real mangos, we would want to add that to the side dish as well. YUM!
