M&C's Honey Garlic Chicken Breast

Honey Garlic Chicken Breast
My mom asked us to make dinner tonight so she could get in her swim time so we used www.myfridgefood.com to come up with recipe ideas without having to go grocery shopping. This website is a new discovery that we loved using for an idea but came up with our own recipe based on what they gave anyway.

Ingredients
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup Ketchup
3 teaspoons Minced Garlic
Lemon Juice
Chicken Breast (we used 5 pieces)

1. Mix the soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic, and 18 drops of lemon juice in a small bowl. We actually also put in a few more squeezes of honey because we thought the ketchup taste was over-powering.
2. Put the chicken in a baking pan and pour the sauce over
3. Cover the pan with tinfoil. With oven at 400º cook for 45 minutes or until chicken is ready (cut to check)
4. Serve on a plate and spoon a little more sauce onto the chicken. (The sauce also tastes great mixed with the rice)

A simple recipe that the whole family loved. Our mom was very appreciative and also pleasantly surprised that we came up with something so delicious :)
