Chicken Cordon Bleu

Don't be intimidated by this recipe-it's easier than it sounds, and everyone will be impressed by your cooking prowess!
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1 package of cooked ham
1 package of Swiss cheese
Bread crumbs
1. Slice the chicken breasts in half, making them thin. Pound the chicken until it is about a quarter inch thick.
2. Place one piece of cooked ham and one piece of Swiss cheese on top of a chicken half.
3. Roll up the chicken breast, over the ham and cheese.
4. Dredge the combo through bread crumbs (for a healthier option, skip this step).
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for all of the pieces of chicken.
6. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan on medium heat, and cook the chicken roll-up until the chicken is fully cooked, flipping frequently. Serve the meal hot!
These came out so well, we wish we had tried this recipe sooner!  It was delicious, and much easier to cook than we anticipated, and everyone was impressed! We ate these along with balsamic glazed vegetables, yum!
