Cool Veggie Pizza

Veggie Pizza
This is originally a Pampered Chef recipe that we are obsessed with and made slightly healthier.  It's super easy and delicious!

Ingredients
Pizza dough
4 oz. cream cheese (we used veggie)
1 tablespoon mayo
Mixed veggies

1. Lay out pizza dough.  Pampered Chef calls for Pillsbury Pizza dough, which makes a very thick crust.  We used a pre-made pizza dough, that gave a thin crust.
2. Cook the pizza dough at 350 degrees until light, golden brown. 
3. Combine cream cheese and mayo.
4. Spread the cream cheese and mayo mixture on the pizza dough.
5. Chop mixed veggies.
6. Sprinkle chopped veggies on top of the pizza.
7. Cool the pizza, and serve at room temperature.

We love this recipe!  The original recipe calls for 8 oz. of cream cheese, but we only used half to make the topping thinner and healthier!  We also used veggie cream cheese to give the pizza a little extra flavor.  This recipe is totally customizable-this cool veggie pizza was made with red peppers, carrots, and broccoli.  Use veggies you like, and make the pizza colorful!
