Bunny Bread and M&C's Spinach Dip

Bunny Bread and Spinach Dip
An easy way to make the Easter buffet memorable!

Bunny Bread Ingredients
2 loaves of frozen bread loafs
1 egg
2 raisins
2 sliced walnuts

1. Cut 1/4 off of one loaf of dough and mold into a pear shape.  This will be the bunny's head.
2. Flatten the remaining piece of the loaf into an oval shape and place on a greased baking sheet. Place the head above the body and make narrow cuts on each side of the head for the bunny's whiskers.
3. Cut the second loaf into 4 equal sections.
4. Shape 16 inch ropes from 2 of these sections.  Fold the ropes in half and arrange on top of the bunny's head, with the open ends touching the head, for the ears.
5. Cut the third section of dough in half and shape into ovals for the back paws.  Cut two slits into the dough for toes and position on either side of the body.
6. Divide the last portion of dough into 3 equal pieces.  Take 2 of these pieces and roll into balls for front paws.  Place these on the side of the bunny's body and cut 2 slits in each for toes.
7. Divide the last piece of dough into 3 sections:  two 1 inch sections and one 1/2 inch section.  Roll each into balls.  Place the 1 inch balls on the middle of the bunny's head for cheeks.  Place the 1/2 inch ball directly on top of the cheeks.
8. Add raisins for eyes and walnuts for teeth.
9. Beat an egg in a bowl and brush the dough with it.
10. Cover the bread and place in a warm place. Let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
11. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
12. Remove from oven and let cool.
13. Cut a 5x4 inch hole in the center of the bunny's body and hollow out.
14. Line a serving dish with lettuce and place the bunny on top. Surround the bunny with assorted vegetables.  Fill the hole in the bunny with dip.

M&C's Spinach Dip Ingredients
1 box of frozen spinach
1 can of artichoke hearts
1 can of water chestnuts
1 16 ounce container of sour cream
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 package of Knorr vegetable soup mix

1. Dethaw, cook and drain frozen spinach.
2. Cut up artichoke hearts and water chestnuts.
3. Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, water chestnuts, sour cream, mayonnaise, and vegetable soup mix in a bowl.
4. Chill, and serve cold.

This is super easy and sure to make a great impression!  This spinach dip is one of our favorites and always disappears quick.  And the bunny gave us delicious bread to eat with the dip after the vegetables were all gone!
