Taco Dip

Taco Dip
We made this dip for a pool party we had recently, and it was a huge hit!  The dip was super easy to prepare and different from usual poolside snacks

Ingredients
1 lb. uncooked beef
1 package taco spice mix
1 can refried beans
8 oz. sour cream
Shredded cheddar cheese

1. Brown the beef in a skillet on the stove top.  When beef is completely browned, drain the liquid and then return the beef to the skillet.
2. Add the package of the taco spice mix to the beef and stir until the beef is coated.
3. Add the refried beans to the beef and stir together.  Spread this mixture onto the bottom of a pie dish.
4. Spread the sour cream on top of the beef and bean mixture as if the sour cream was icing on a cake.
5. Cover the dish with cheese.  The cheese should completely cover all of the sour cream.

6. Bake the dip in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is hot and bubbly.

7. Take the dip out, serve with chips, and enjoy with friends and family!

This dip was so delicious, we didn't have any leftovers!  A huge hit, and perfect for summertime parties!
